👤 END CUSTOMER

Noise S.r.l. sells exclusively to end consumers and does not sell to resellers, wholesalers, or parties purchasing for professional or commercial purposes.

Goods destined for the European Union (excluding Italy) are always invoiced with VAT applied, in accordance with applicable law.

Noise S.r.l. therefore urges all parties that do not fall within the definition of “End Consumer” to refrain from submitting orders or attempting to establish business relationships.

In accordance with its commercial policy, Noise S.r.l. reserves the right to not process orders that are:

• intended for uses other than those of the End Consumer;

• not consistent with the company's commercial policies.

📦 ORDER FULFILLMENT

Noise S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part where objective grounds exist, including, by way of example:

• products unavailable;

• material errors in information relating to prices or items;

• payment not authorized;

• suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the service.

In the event of cancellation, any amounts already paid will be refunded using the same payment method used by the Customer, within the time frames established by the payment network used.

Noise S.r.l. also reserves the right to refuse or suspend the fulfillment of orders or the provision of services for parties that do not comply with these conditions or applicable law.

✅ CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

To make purchases on www.noisestore.it, the Customer must:

• be an End Consumer, as defined in Noise S.r.l.'s Commercial Policy;

• be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority applicable in the country of residence;

• have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;

• provide a valid email address;

• to be the account holder or authorized user of the selected payment method.
