RETURN POLICY – ITALY AND EUROPE
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, it is possible to return the items for size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it is recommended to anticipate the request to the first working day to ensure timely assistance.
📦 Damaged, undelivered, and/or missing items packages
In case of receipt of a damaged package and/or missing items, it is necessary to sign with reservation at the time of delivery and keep the order summary found inside your package.
Without a signature with reservation and the order summary, it will not be possible to proceed with a refund or replacement.
For any packages not yet received, the customer must report it no later than 20 days, to allow us to manage the issue within specific technical deadlines with the couriers.
After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to report non-receipt.
Note: packages reported as delivered are not subject to this procedure, as there is proof of delivery.

In the case of bank transfer, the account holder must match the order holder.
If a refund method change is requested later (for example, from gift card to refund on the original payment), the related handling fee will be applied.
Any bank fees (about €1.50) may be applied if a refund method different from the one used for the initial payment is chosen.
Returns and exchanges made in-store are free of charge.
✔ Condition of returned garments
Returned items:

They must not show signs of use or washing;
-
They must have intact warranty seals and original labels;
-
They must be returned in hygienic conditions.
It is not allowed to include products from different orders in a single return.
In case of receipt of items not conforming to the above conditions, the Customer will be informed.
Products will be held in storage for 7 days, during which the Customer may request their pickup at their own expense. If no response is received, the products will be archived without refund or return.

❌ Items excluded from return and exchange
Returns or exchanges are not possible for:

items purchased during the Clearance or Super Discount campaigns;

items priced at €2.99 – €3.99 – €4.99;
-
covers, accessories, and socks.
💳 Types of compensation
The Customer can choose from the following options:
1️⃣ Size exchange
It is possible to exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
2️⃣ Refund
The refund will be processed after receipt, verification, and acceptance of the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
Refund times are within 14 days from receipt of the return.
For payments made with Scalapay, processing times may extend up to 15 working days (for more information, please consult www.scalapay.it).
📑 Return terms and conditions

Clothes must not be worn, washed, or altered.

Shoes must have perfectly intact soles.

Each item must be returned with tags, accessories, and original packaging.

Shoe boxes are an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or used as the sole external packaging.
In case of defective goods or shipping errors, the customer must report the issue within and no later than 14 days from purchase. Noise S.r.l. may request photographic documentation to support the claim before authorizing the return.
Swimsuits must be tried on over your own underwear. If the hygiene seal is removed or signs of use are present, the return will be refused.
Noise S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those shipped using methods different from those indicated. In such cases, a deduction equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods may be applied.
In case of a non-compliant return, the goods will be sent back to the sender.
🌍 RETURN POLICY – INTERNATIONAL
For orders, returns, and exchanges made within the European Union, the above conditions apply.
For shipments outside the EU, any shipping costs, customs duties, and fees applied will be those set by the carriers used and will be the responsibility of the Customer.
