🔄 RETURN POLICY – ITALY

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, it is possible to return the items for a size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods .

Note: If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, we recommend making your request the next available business day to ensure timely assistance.

Damaged packages:
If you receive a damaged package, you must sign for "conditional" upon delivery. Without a signature, you will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

📦 Return instructions

  • Online exchange: €6.00

  • Online returns: €8.00 (amount withheld from the refund)

  • Refund fees (approximately €1.50) may apply if you choose a refund method other than the one used for the initial payment.

  • Returns and exchanges in store are free .

Returned items:

  • they must not show signs of use or washing;

  • must have intact original warranty seals and labels ;

  • must be returned in compliant hygienic conditions .

⚠️ It is not permitted to include products from multiple orders in a single return.

If items are received that do not comply with the above conditions, the customer will be informed.
The products will be stored for 7 days , during which the customer may request collection at their own expense. If no response is received, the products will be deleted without refund or return .

❌ Items excluded from returns and exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not possible for:

  • items purchased during the Sale and Super Discount campaigns;

  • items priced at €2.99 – €3.99 – €4.99 ;

  • covers , accessories , socks .

💳 Types of compensation

The customer can choose between the following options:

1️⃣ Size change

It is possible to exchange for a different size of the same item , subject to availability.

2️⃣ Refund

The refund will be processed after the return has been received, verified and accepted .

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order .

  • Refund times are within 14 days of receiving the return .

  • For payments made with Scalapay , the times may extend up to 15 working days (for further information consult www.scalapay.it ).

📑 Return Terms and Conditions

  • Items must not be worn, washed or altered.

  • The footwear must have perfectly intact soles.

  • Each item must be returned with tags, accessories and original packaging .

  • Shoe boxes are an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or used as the only external packaging .

  • In the event of defective goods or shipping errors, Noise Srl may request photographic documentation before authorizing the return.

  • Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused if the hygiene seal has been removed or if there are signs of use.

  • Noise Srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns shipped via couriers other than those indicated. In such cases, a 10% charge on the value of the returned goods may be applied.

  • In case of non-compliant returns, the goods will be returned to the sender.

🌍 RETURN POLICY – INTERNATIONAL

For international orders, returns and exchanges, shipping costs and rates applied will be those set by the carriers used.
