📦 ORDER FULFILLMENT

Noise S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, an order if there are objective reasons, such as, by way of example:

• unavailability of products;

• material or obvious errors in product or price information;

• payment authorization failure;

• suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the service.

In the event of total or partial order cancellation, any amounts already paid will be refunded using the same payment method used by the Customer, according to the timing established by the payment system used.

Noise S.r.l. also reserves the right to refuse or suspend the fulfillment of orders or the provision of services to individuals who do not comply with these conditions or who engage in behavior that does not conform to current regulations or company policies.
