📦 ORDER FULFILLMENT

Noise Srl reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, an order if there are objective reasons, such as, for example:

• unavailability of products;

• material or obvious errors in product or pricing information;

• failure to authorize payment;

• suspicions of fraudulent activity or improper use of the service.

In the event of total or partial cancellation of the order, any amounts already paid will be refunded using the same payment method used by the Customer , according to the timeframes established by the payment circuit used.

Noise Srl also reserves the right to refuse or suspend order fulfillment or the provision of services to anyone who does not comply with these conditions or who engage in behavior that does not comply with applicable law or company policies.
